Service Description

This climbing day in the Lake District is focused on improving 'traditional' rock climbing skills and it is for those climbers who are ready to become an independent trad climber, or want to refresh their skills. Skills covered: - Crag etiquette, safety and managing risk - Building safe anchors - Belaying a second - Abseiling - How to carry, select and place traditional protection in the rock - Personal climbing technique Depending on your experience we can tailor the day to suit you. Easy access crags will be chosen based on the most favourable conditions. A 1:2 ratio is the maximum for this course.

Rescheduling I understand that unexpected situations may arise. In such cases, I am happy to reschedule your reservation to a future date, subject to availability. Cancellation For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled session. Cancellations made up to 14 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start: no refund. In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances affecting safety, Fran reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities. In such cases, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
