Learn to Lead Sport Climbs
Service Description
Whether you’re looking to start leading at local crags or preparing for a sport climbing trip abroad, this course gives you a solid foundation in real-world settings with professional instruction. Who is it for? Climbers who have some outdoor or indoor experience and are ready to take on their first leads. No previous lead experience required. You'll gain the technical skills, confidence, and decision-making tools needed to lead safely and independently at sport climbing crags. - Safe lead belaying techniques - Efficient clipping and rope management - Assessing routes, bolts, and fall zones - Building and cleaning anchors - Managing fear and falling safely - Route reading and risk assessment Location dependent on most favourable conditions.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your booking please request this in writing, by emailing frangarlickmountaineering@gmail.com. Alternatively, contact Fran directly using (+44) 07925 416549. Rescheduling I understand that unexpected situations may arise. In such cases, I am happy to reschedule your reservation to a future date, subject to availability. Cancellation For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled session. Cancellations made up to 14 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start: no refund. In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances affecting safety, Fran reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities. In such cases, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
